Every individual has their own story to tell. Our bespoke commissioning service is a collaborative journey — an unhurried dialogue between your vision and our craft, resulting in a piece that is unmistakably, irreducibly yours.
The Bespoke Journey
I. Dialogue We begin with a quiet conversation. Your aesthetic sensibilities, the philosophy you wish to embody, the elemental or guardian motif that speaks to you — these become the foundation upon which we build.
II. Conception From our dialogue, the designer renders two to three hand-drawn conceptual sketches. Each is a vessel for possibility, a first glimpse of what might become.
III. Curation We source and present raw Hetian jade, chalcedony, agate, or crystal specimens for your approval. You choose the stone — its character, its inclusions, its singular presence — before a single chisel touches its surface.
IV. Creation With sketch and stone confirmed, the hand-carving and metalwork begin. This is the slow heart of the process — weeks of quiet labor in our Chongqing studio, where ancient technique meets contemporary vision.
V. Presentation Your finished piece is carefully cleaned, nestled in a handcrafted signature wood box, and dispatched worldwide. It arrives not as merchandise, but as a personal keepsake — made with care and intention, ready to begin its life with you.
Jewelry Care
Hetian Jade Hetian jade thrives on regular wear. The natural oils of your skin enhance its luster over time — wear it often. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Protect from harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and sudden temperature extremes.
Chalcedony & Agate To keep your chalcedony and agate looking their best, simply wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which may fade certain specimens over time. Store in a soft pouch when not worn.
Crystal Keep your crystal pieces looking their best by wiping gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes. Store in a soft pouch away from harder materials.
Sterling Silver Silver develops a natural patina with age — a quiet record of wear that many collectors treasure. If you prefer a bright finish, polish gently with a dedicated silver cloth. Store in a sealed pouch away from humidity when not worn.
